There are four (4) structures on the island. Both guest cabanas are one spacious bedroom with a queen size bed locally handcrafted with Mayan design built from exotic wood, cabinet drawer, a movable nook table, a small 8,000B.T.U. Air conditioning system, has hot and cold, private bathroom with local hardwood lavatory counter tops, French windows and French doors and a cone shaped high thatched ceiling!

The two (2) identical cabanas were built from “PLYCEM” material with decorative Stocko designs giving an aesthetic finish to the walls. The floors are local hardwood floors accentuating its beautiful natural colors. Each of the cabanas has its own water reservoir (Vat) that collects rain water and is used on each of the cabanas. Each has its own septic system. If you are tired being in the rooms all day, there is a “Palapa” with chairs and table along the beach where you can sit and relax all day!

The fourth structure sits at the back of the property direct west of the Cabana over the sea, and it is two-stories high. The two-storey structure is wooden but the ground has been enclosed with Plycem. The Ground floor is being used as storage facility, where there is a small gas generator, water purification system, batteries for the three (3) Solar cells, water pump, pressure tank and stores other gardening tools and equipment. The second floor is wooden structure, basic. There are two small rooms and 1 full size bathroom.

The entire property was filled and a variety of trees were planted such as Coconut Trees, Pine trees, almond trees, palmettos, hibiscus etc… The owner left the reserve on the north and west part of the island intact with Mangroves to protect the island from any tropical storms and Hurricanes. The owner places concrete wall made of concrete and concrete blocks alone the boundary of the north, west and south the property to prevent any erosion from wave action or storms. The entire East cost is open beach excellent for swimming!
