The Prime Minister of Belize has announced that travel for Tourists around the country will be further  relaxed and tourist will now be able to visit areas outside the Safe Corridor that are under the Gold Standard Status.  The relaxation of the movement of tourism outside the safety corridor has come as a decision as the government feels that the outside threat of Covid-19 infection is not brought into the country but the infections cases in Belize have been community spread.

The government of Belize encourages all who visit Belize to keep practicing Safe Distancing Protocols, wash hands and wearing mask at all times during travelling around Belize.
