Throughout the interior of the cabanas there are various species of light-colored Belizean hardwoods are visible and with exposed ceiling rafters.  The interior walls have a great drywall finish.  All finishes, lights, faucets, fixtures, and lighting are to American standards.

Both cabanas are on stilts and approximately 7 feet above ground.  Additionally, an enclosed warehouse area for storage of the solar inverter, solar battery bank, and each has an on-demand water heater and water pump, and a 6.5 gas-powered back-up generator. 

Each of the cabanas is approximately 20 feet by 20 feet, with a screened veranda measuring 8 feet by 20 feet. 

Both lots have been filled to approximately 3 feet above sea level.

Access and Utilities

The properties have all-weather road access from the Mullins River Village Road and direct access to the Coastal Plain Highway.  Electricity is available along the all-weather road along the beach view lot.

There is no potable water in the immediate area, but water cisterns collect rainwater, or it can be trucked in. 

Location

The Coastal Plain Highway is approximately 3.1 miles from the property and out of that 1 mile is not paved near the properties. 

The Hummingbird Highway is located 12 miles from the property, and Dangriga Town is 16 miles away.  The amazing beaches of Hopkins Village are 25 miles away, and Placencia is 50 miles away.  The Philip Goldson Highway is 57 miles away.
