The by-pass road reduces travelling time to the Belize border by 20 minutes or so.  

San Andres Road connects Corozal Town and the newly paved road which makes the area prone for future commercial activity. 

Electricity, Water and Sewerage

Electricity passes along the property along San Andres Road.  Water is available in the general area but also one can collect rainwater in cistern and purify.  Also, drilling an artesian well should be an option for back up. 

In Belize there is no central sewerage system but the common sewerage system in Belize is septic with soak away system and at times with a leach-field. 

Potential Usage of Property

Currently usage of the property is residential but surrounding property usage from commercial, small farm and ranchette. 

Access to the Property

The property is located 79 miles north from the International Airport located in Ladyville, Belize District.  The main roads are fully paved with year-round access to the area.  One can fly from the International Airport or can drive to the property.  Additionally, there are local bus services that may be considered but would take 2-3 hours travelling time.
