Cerros Sands Development is approximately 0.75 mile from the beach home where there is an explosion of housing and condo development along with a beach bar and restaurant with a disc golf course.  The only seafront Mayan Ruin, Cerros Mayan Ruin, is under 3 miles from the property.

Without a doubt one can fully access the area either by road or even by sea since Corozal Town is 3.7 miles from the beach home for sale.

Apart from this, there are other developments in the area and new investors are coming to scout and invest to develop in the area.

Utilities and Road Access

Electricity is at Copperbank Village which is approximately 4 miles from the property.  Currently the road that connects Corozal Town to Sarteneja is being paved which means that this beachfront home will be approximately 3.5 miles to paved road!

In addition, the bridge at Laguna Seca is being constructed which would give easier access to the east leading to Sarteneja.  The ferry at New River will also be replaced with a new bridge.
