The property is situated north of Corozal Town off the Consejo Road. One must drive 2 miles along the Consejo Road and then turn east onto a small road for another 0.9 mile to the property. The road coming off the main Consejo Road to the property is all weather road for about 1/3 of a mile.
One must upgrade the road for another 0.6 of a mile to access the property. The road can be just a plain simple one way road just to gain access to the property. Electricity is on the main Consejo Road which is 0.9 miles away.
There is another way to access the property which is going further north to mile marker 3 and turn east drive for a total 2.29 miles passing a residential subdivision known as Serenity Sands where there are homes built and are appreciating real estate values in the area.
The legal road easement to the property will be on the right side after you pass the homes at Serenity Sands and turns west direction. A distance of approximately quarter mile of road must be built to access the property from the east.
Electricity is at this point which is closer than bringing from the other end. There are nice gated properties in the area along the sea near to the 20 acres. The 20 acres has a road easement access to the Sea which one can go and swim in that area.
The property was once cleared and second growth is on the property such as shrubs and trees but the area has fertile land for farming. The 20 acres is set quarter of a mile from the sea which makes the property high and dry and ready for farming or to develop it into a private residential development.
All amenities are at Corozal Town which is less than 15 minute drive or approximately 3 miles or 5.29 miles depending which access road you choose to travel.
