An ideal opportunity for a developer to purchase 24.26 acres with over 1700 feet of Progresso Lagoon Frontage available for sale in Corozal District which would be perfect for a gated residential community along the warm Progresso Lagoon shoreline.
The property is flat undulating terrain with high and low areas but easily and readily for development.
