The lots are located in an area known as Commerce Bight but have no road access and are land locked.  The only access is by boat which makes these properties ideal for those wanting to live in a semi-secluded area.  The lots are located under 20 minutes by boat from Hopkins Village which is under 5 miles south.  One must be self-sustainable using Solar, Wind or Fuel Generator and one can collect rain water in Cisterns and purify for use.  In Belize it is also common to use Septic System for sewerage with soak away.
